Job Description:

 

3+ years experience in Oracle HR & advanced Benefits development
  • ·         Experience developing extensions and customizations using PL/SQL, forms & OA Framework and Uploading & maintaining HR interfaces
  • ·         Experience working with HRMS APIs
  • ·         Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems.
  • ·         Must be fully conversant with all objects in the HRMS schema and the relationships between them and should be able to map HRMS business processes to the underlying tables.

·         Experience in Web ADI to load/download HR data and Payroll will be a plus

 

Essential Skills :

 

Min 3 years of Experience in Oracle Application Framework.

Job Description

 

Position: General Ledger

Experience Level                 : 2-7 Yrs


 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Accrued Deferred Report Analysis
  • Assist in month-end/ quarter close related work;
  • Preparation & passing entries in oracle
  • Cash receipt bookings and apply receipts
  • Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation and/ or sub-ledger to GL reconciliation
  • Weekly control processes for AR (eg clean up of unapplied payments, unmatched items, bank charges, customer profiles)
  • Assisting in Month end reports & accruals
  • Open to working in all Oracle modules
  • Ensuring compliance to all group policies and maintain records to enable audit
  • Assist in documentation of processes
  • Maintenance of tracker related to cycle time, KPI etc.,
  • Perform such other duties as required from time to time.

Experience  5+ years

 

·         Business Analyst with subject matter expertise on Cost Basis Legislation and its impact.

·         Experience on WASH sales process, Versus Purchase desired.

·         Ability to understand business and functional impact of legislation changes arising out of CBL.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

·         Help offshore team build domain knowledge.

·         Support development team by providing functional clarifications and inputs.

·         Work with the onsite team to gather requirements and prepare Functional Requirement Specifications.

·         Function as the bridge between Product Team and Development team and ensure clarity between teams to enable effective delivery.

·         Proactively understand functionality and domain, identify problems and bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions.

·         Ensure an effective change management process is implemented.

·         Conduct Functional testing of deliverables from offshore team and drive team to achieve high quality standards.

·         Interact continuously with DEV and QA teams to ensure effective and robust testing by guiding in Test Script Generation, Test Case Review etc.

·         Define metrics and process parameters to measure output.

·         Continuously contribute to process improvement and effectiveness of performance tracking/measurement.
