·         Assist the business units in setting up Documentum environment      

·         Device/enhance procedures/tasks to ease daily tasks of developers/users/admins Organisation wide.       

·         Install ,Test , certify and Provide writeups(wikis) for upgrades and new Documentum products

·         Assist the Documentum development team across BU's with unresolved issues/problems.
