Job Description:

Job Location – Mumbai
Position Description:
· Documentum engineering is the core team responsible for support and the maintenance of existing and new Documentum repositories across the org.
· Develop, Test and certify utilities/documents/modules useful for Documentum related activities for Business Units (BU's)
· Assist in the Upgrades/Decommissioning/new versions of Documentum related products.
· Assist the business units in setting up Documentum environment
· Device/enhance procedures/tasks to ease daily tasks of developers/users/admins Organisation wide.
· Install ,Test , certify and Provide writeups(wikis) for upgrades and new Documentum products
· Assist the Documentum development team across BU's with unresolved issues/problems.
· Assist in opening support cases with the Vendor along with their follow-ups.
· Responsible for Level 3 support for all unresolved Documentum related issues.
Skills Required:
· Documentum
· Sybase
· Eclipse
· Tomcat Server
Skills Desired:
· Expertise in Unix/Linux OS
· Expertise in Shell Scripting: Perl
· ideally otherwise Python
· RBDMS (preferably Sybase or DB2)
· Experience with Documentum
