Role: Looking for Memory Circuit Designer

 

Skills/ Experience:

 

·         Candidate will be responsible for designing and verifying & understanding of SRAM / ROM architecture & key SRAM blocks viz. Sense, Amplifiers, Row Decoders, IOs etc.

·         Knowledge in Stastical analysis, Marginality Analysis, parasitic extraction, noise & crosstalk issues, yield improvement, manufacturability issues and design for test principles.

·         Interact and work with customers on their projects at office or customer work place.

·         Work individually or lead a team of engineers on design of memories single port/dual port/register files / CAMs etc. also work on silicon validation team to debug design issues on silicon.

·         To do transistor level design to build low leakage and high performance memory compilers.

·         Able to understand & work on bit cell analysis and full flow / methodology for compiler design.

·         Work will include drawing transistor level schematics, circuit simulation using hspice, directing transistor level layouts, timing characterization of circuit structures and circuit validation for noise, IR, EM etc.
