The HP Service Manager Developer/Support persons will be responsible for managing L3/L4 level support of HP Service Manager 9.2 to meet stakeholders’ requirements.
High level roles & responsibilities will be –
Level 3 Support
ü Complex Incident Resolution
ü Creation of Service Manager Documentation
ü Proactive Monitoring of Performance/Response Times of the Application/Environments
ü Minor/Medium Enhancement Request Development
ü Deployment of Code to all environments
ü Service Manager Development
· Modifications of formats
· Amendment to Link records
· Minor Format Control Amendments/Additions
· Display Screen/Display Option Amendments
Level 4 Support
ü High Priority Incident Resolution
ü Service Manager Skills Transfer/Mentoring
ü Liaison for HP Support tickets raised
ü Major Enhancement Requests
· New Modules Implementation/Creation
· Creation/Amendments of Web Services
· Major Amendments to OOB functionality
ü Creation of Detailed Technical Documentation
ü Change Advisory Board Technical Attendance
The role will work closely with the technical team, data team and the business analysts. It will include reaching out to the business to gain direct feedback using an agile development approach.
Must have:
ü Creative thinker and solutions orientated
ü 4-8 Years broad IT experience
ü 3+ years experience in large implementations of HP Service Centre/Manager
ü Configuration and development experience of Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change
ü Knowledge of Service Manager Installation
ü Knowledge of functionality provided by OOTB 7.x or 9.2x system.
ü Ability to work with both a UK and off shore team
ü Strong analytical and problem solving skills
ü Strong oral and written communication skills
