This is a senior role and we are looking for a Technical person.
The position will Lead a team of around 40-50 resources.
MUST have experience with end user computing. (Should have done hands on work in apps packaging, apps deployment and delivery during his current or previous projects.)

Work Experience
* Should have industry experience ranging between 12 to 14 years
* Experience working in the global organization of 30,000 and above global resources.
* Hand on knowledge of Application packaging, delivery and desktop application environments
* People management experience and specific experience of managing technology requirements (as stated above) for large multi national/global teams
* Can identify key success drivers matching with client specifications and business operations.
* Can use overall business goals to drive goals and strategies within his/her group
* Can identify process improvements needed to improve his/her Business Group's performance
* Can assist managers in having difficult conversations with the associates they manage
* Can successfully resolve escalated issues within the Business Group
* Can recognize risks in the TSS India Business Group's ability to meet commitments (i.e. knowledge gaps, resource shortages, processes not defined etc.) and identify risk mitigation actions needed
