E- Biz/ Custome development – Delivery Head/ Manager

 

 Overall Should manage  Custom developmet & E- Biz team. Should posses Functional & technical Knowledge.

 

·         To manage the performance of services to clients as agreed in the contract and ensure that the Service Levels are achieved.

·         Definition of service level agreements (SLA’S) related to contracted services.

·         Ensure SLA’s are achieved and client expectations are met (or exceeded).

·         To build services relationships with clients.

·         Ensure quality and profitable services are performed to the agreed SLA.

·         To ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.

·         To provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports.

·         Attend client service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes.

·         To develop and facilitate workshops and training courses.

·         To Generate additional business from the customer (Farming)

·         Create estimates & generate proposals for the projects and enhancements

·         To create database design & application design and prepare high-level & low level design documents

·         Manage teams to deliver the projects as per project plan

·         Management of E-Biz/ Development teams and be responsible for career development and appraisals.

 

Skills / Attributes Required

·         Demonstrable experience of working in an delivery management or project management capacity.

·         Proven people management skills.

·         Strong customer interaction skills

• Excellent communication -  Working with US customers directly
• Would be interested for a travel on Business requirements to the US/ Domestic
• Willing to work in Shifts

·         Strong database & application design knowledge and analytical skills

 

Tech Skills Required:

• Good experience on modules Financials & SCM/MFG & in – Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, etc
• Excellent working Knowledge in11i  and in r12
• Relevant Experience in developing & maintaining RICE components
• XML Publisher (BI Publisher)/ Apex(preferable)
• Support experience (Mandate)

Location :

 

• Chennai Initially but willing to travel as per the business requirement.

 

Experience

 

• Minimum of  10 – 15 years exp in Oracle

Cost :

• As per the industry standards-which includes the Variable pay ( Performance based)

• Perform application cloning based on the requirement-Must have

• Perform cloning/database refreshes-Must have
• Work on setting up RAC (Real Application Cluster) database.-Preferable
• Setup Parallel Concurrent Processing-Nice to have
• Tuning the database/application-Must have
• Perform application/product builds-Nice to have
• Resolve application related issues-Must have
• Oracle eBusiness Suite Installation and Configuration of Oracle E-Biz 11.5.10 experience-Must have

• Oracle eBusiness Suite Installation and Configuration of Oracle E-Biz Rel 12 experience- Preferable • Oracle eBusiness Suite System Administration-Must have
• UNIX and Linux commands expertise-Must have

Shell scripting – Preferable
• Clone Oracle Applciations Multi node to single node – Preferable
