Looking for a Comp & Ben specialist, WHO CAN HANDLE THE ROLE OF PERFORMANCE, REWARDS AND BENEFITS. This an individual contributor role, reporting to India – Comp & Ben Head. Looking for people who have handled

·              Performance appraisal roll-out for an large organisation, independently.

·         Experience in Developing and implementing Reward management, Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIP). Designing and administration of benefits policy which includes various insurances. car lease and other benefits.

·         Extensive experience in C&B. Should have developed compensation strategy/model for the organization.

·         Experience in running a compensation benchmarking study
